We specialize in professional cleaning only. Additional requests like window cleaning, taking out trash, or moving furniture must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees and time. Mileage charges may apply for locations outside our primary services areas (Windsor-Essex, GTA, and Detroit). What’s your cancellation policy? Cancellations or rescheduling require 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee, especially for large or remote bookings. How many cleaners will be assigned to my home? For homes over 1,200 square feet or those requiring specialty services, Elite Cleaning assigns two cleaners. This ensures consistent and timely service. Pricing is adjusted accordingly and remains competitive with other companies in Windsor, the GTA, and Detroit. Do you clean Airbnb/VRBO or rental units? Yes. We specialize in short-term rental turnover, including full resets, supply restocking (if requested) de-staging services, and linen replacement. Contact us to set up a recurring schedule. Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, Elite Cleaning's team arrives fully equipped with professional-grade supplies and tools. If you have a product preference, please inform us in advance. What if my home needs extra attention or isn’t ready? We assess each job individually. Any extra work or buildup not disclosed in advance may incur additional charges (minimum 3 hours). This ensures we maintain fair pricing and quality. Do you offer cleaning packages or memberships? Yes, Elite Cleaning offers customizable cleaning packages, including biweekly, weekly, and monthly plans. Contact us to find the plan that best fits your space and lifestyle. Are taxes included in your prices? Yes, all prices listed include or are subject to applicable taxes unless paid in cash, which may be tax-exempt depending on the service and location. How do I pay? Yes. Cash is accepted, but tax is still applicable unless otherwise arranged. E-transfe, Zelle, and Stripe are also available. What areas do you serve? We provide in-person services in Windsor-Essex, the GTA, and Detroit. Virtual property management services are available across all of Ontario. How do I book a service or get a quote? You can book online through our site or request a custom quote. We offer flexible service bundles and can provide estimates via call, email, or in-person assessment. What is included in a standard deep clean? A standard deep clean includes baseboards, floors, surface disinfection, and appliance exteriors. Heavy-duty cleanings (e.g. move-in/move-out, post-construction) include extras like cupboards, windows, and under-furniture vacuuming. Is inside appliance cleaning included? Yes, inside oven, fridge, and microwave cleaning is included with our deep cleaning and move-in/move-out services unless otherwise specified. Do you offer flat-rate or hourly pricing? We offer both, depending on the service and property type. Some services are flat-rate per job (e.g. Airbnb reset, spring clean), while others may be billed hourly based on the condition and size of the property. Do you offer virtual property management? Yes! we offer virtual property mangement services for short-term rental hosts, landlords, and property owners thoughout Ontario and Detroit. This includes guest coordination, schedule management, cleaner oversight, and remote support to ensure your property runs smoothly even when you're not there. Do you offer organizing, decluttering, or de-staging services? We currently offer professional organizing, decluttering, and de-staging for homes, rentals, and listings only in Toronto . Whether you’re moving, staging for sale, or just need a reset, we’ll help clear out, tidy up, and create a functional, welcoming space. These services can be booked separately or added to any cleaning package.
