Includes desks, restrooms, floors, kitchens, reception areas, and sanitization of high-touch surfaces. Available as a one-time deep clean or recurring service. Pricing by Region: • Windsor-Essex: $175–$225 CAD + HST • GTA: $225–$300 CAD + HST • Detroit: $175–$250 USD Staffing: Two-cleaner teams required for properties over 2,000 sq. ft. After-hours scheduling available upon request. Minimum Booking: 3 hours
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 fee. If ferry access, parking arrangements, or building entry are required, please ensure coordination at least 48 hours in advance.
