We provide discreet, reliable check-ins for your condo, home, or rental property, delivering photo and video updates directly to you. Each session includes a quick condition report so you always know your property is secure and well-maintained. Options include: • Single Check: One-time virtual inspection with photo/video update. • Weekly Package: Four scheduled check-ins per month, perfect for Airbnb hosts and traveling professionals. • Premium Oversight: Weekly updates plus on-call emergency check-ins within 24 hours of your request. Variation 1: Single Virtual Check • $75 CAD / $60 USD • One-time photo/video update with condition report Variation 2: Weekly Oversight Package • $250 CAD / $200 USD • Four virtual checks per month (1 per week) Variation 3: Premium Weekly + On-Call • $400 CAD / $300 USD • Four weekly checks plus on-demand emergency virtual check-in (within 24 hours of request) Stay connected to your property without being there in person.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 fee. If ferry access, parking arrangements, or building entry are required, please ensure coordination at least 48 hours in advance.
